"I have been going to this company for years. I voiced to them just now on the phone that I can’t sit in their office when I believe I have Covid with three babies and they said that it would be a two hour wait. I cannot sit inside for two hours with three kids, exposing everybody else to Covid right before Christmas. I am just trying to get a positive test for work and the rapid test is what they suggested I go do but again I would have to expose everyone in a store to get that taken care of. Also, the rapid tests are not as accurate. Needless to say they cannot work a single mom in with three babies while she’s ill.I will be searching for a new primary care physician"

"Terrible service, long wait when there is one other car in the parking lot. My child waited over two hours to be seen and in reality they were hoping she would just have left. Put her at the bottom of the list and then when stating that two hours were rediculous the “doctor” turns and says “what do you think I’m doing back here”, well that is the question and when you respond to a patient/customer that way then that says a lot! I will never take my children or anyone for that matter to this unprofessional and no way to conduct business office! Do yourself a favor and find a competent doctors office."

"I have used this place for my kids over and over. My daughter has 2 open sores on her foot and I called ask what time they take there last patient. They advised 7. So I asked 3 times would they see her if we came now, they said yes. My daughter arrives at 615 they call me tell me they can't see her there full now and no idea why we were told they would see her. They turned her away after we took her there to be seen. I spoke to the doctor he said its his call and he has to go home and had 6 waiting so he cut it off and had no idea why we were told she could be seen. Very poor customer service to a child and very poor service to children who need to be seen. I have never had this issue with any doctor but this one. Very disappointing experience. Doctor was Jason. As I see other reviews have issues with him as well. I think he is going to cost this office a lot of patients..."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars.I went because I sliced my finger open. I wanted to get it looked at and glued with the correct glue. I know it didn't look like it was A bad cut from a far, but while inspecting it, I noticed that it was very deep and gashed open. Anywho,The Dr (Jason Smith) walks in and stands there and looks at me and says ,"what do you want me to do? It's a paper cut"HE NEVER TOUCHED MY FINGER NOR DID HE EVEN LOOK AT IT OR CLEAN IT UP.There IS NO WAY IN HADES THAT HE COULD EVEN TELL WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE/HE COULDNT SEE WHAT IT NEEDED. HOW WOULD HE KNOW WHAT I NEEDED IF HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK ? It was still bleeding hours later. And I believe I may have nerve damaged, I cannot feel on that side . But I wouldnt know for sure since he wouldn't look at it.If you're reading this, get new drs who actually check their patients out!!!!! It's uncalled for and shouldn't have happened. He made me feel dumb. I am no Dr but I have enough sense to know when I need stitches."
