I was dispatched to the Dock at Water in reference to an intoxicated male, refusing to leave. Upon arrival, I spoke with business owner John Robinson, who stated a Mexican male had been asked to leave and was not leaving and appeared to be under the influence. I attempted to speak to the male and was able to get him to walk out of the business but had a language barrier issue with him. He was unsteady on his feet and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on or about his person. I arrested him for disorderly conduct intoxication, in the presence of two or more people.
